Jeffrey D. Wilson


Mr. Wilson has extensive experience as a senior-level business executive, transactions lawyer, and entrepreneur in more than 50 countries around the world as well as in the U.S. Mr. Wilson has represented established, emerging, and start-up public and private clients in a wide range of joint venture, corporate and motion picture/television finance, sovereign and private structured finance, public and private securities transactions and proxy solicitations, asset acquisitions and sales, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, and other projects and transactions.

Mr. Wilson received a B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1979 and a J.D. from the University of Kansas in 1982, where he was also associate editor of the Kansas Law Review and president of the International Law Society. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Ancient Order of the Priesthood and the Ancient Axe of Authority, Ancient Axe of Authority Court of the Southern Cherokee Nation and Red Fire People.
